Steps:
1.Download the link
2.Open it in iFile
3.Unarchiver the file
4.Navigate to var/mobile/applications/Tapped Out/Tapped Out Release ROW.app
5.Delete the existing Tapped Out file
6.Paste the downloaded file
7.Click the blue arrow to the far right of the file
8.Set permissions (see link): http://bit.ly/135JlfH
9.Opened tapped out and buy anything worth money and your donuts will go up
10.Enjoy!
(Please note you to place something every time you load the game again or visit friends towns. You can sell the item after the donuts have appeared)
